Top Waiver Adds Heading into Week 4

Nick Foles After Trubiski failed to maintain the starting job last week against the Falcons, Foles came in during the 3rd quarter and led the Bears to a win while Atlanta blew yet another big lead. Foles had 188 yards, 3 TDs and an INT in under a half of football. He's definitely someone I wouldn't recommend starting yet, but he has major upside. He has obviously proven himself in the past leading the Eagles to a Super Bowl over the Patriots, but has yet to show that type of production since. With a mediocre run-game, the Bears seem to rely on a pass-heavy attack and Foles has a chance to turn back the clock. He's a great stash in with the upside he brings to the table. Carlos Hyde Hyde hasn't done much all season but with Chris Carson being out a couple weeks, he's got a chance to produce. The Seahawks have normally been a run heavy team but have unleashed Russell Wilson this year which has made it tough for the Seahawks backs to score TDs unless it's through

Week 3 Start 'em Sit 'em

Start 'Em  Aaron Rodgers : Rodgers exploded in week 1 and followed up that performance with a solid fantasy showing in a game where the Packers didn't need him as Aaron Jones went off. From a fantasy perspective, Green Bay seems to alternate between Jones and Rodgers having huge weeks and I think it's Arod's time to put up another 30 effort. The Saints and Packers clash on SNF and New Orleans is coming off a game in which they gave up over 280 yards and 3 TDs to Derek Carr. The Saints have shown they can slow the run but obviously struggle against the pass. Rodgers should be able to thrive against this secondary and with the Saints likely to score a handful, the Packers aren't likely to be up big and waste away the clock with Aaron Jones. Kenyan Drake : The Cardinals went out and got Drake in the off-season and if he's on your roster, it's been a frustrating two weeks. Kyler Murray picks the year you draft Drake with your second pick to rush for 80+ yards

Week 3 Fantasy Sleepers

QB Sleepers Justin Herbert : After an idiot team doctor punctured Tyrod Taylor's lung before last weeks game against the Chiefs, Herbert was next up and didn't disappoint. He passed for over 300 yards with two total TDs and an INT. For being thrust into the starting job as a rookie, against the defending Super Bowl champs, in the opener of a $5 billion stadium, he seemed to be pretty cool out there. On top of all that, he scored more fantasy points than Deshaun Watson did against KC in week 1. Keenan Allen owners rejoice! After Tyrod Taylor was making it seem like Allen was going to be a huge bust after week 1, Herbert connected with the star wide-out 7 out of 10 times for over 90 yards. The fact that he seemed to have good rapport with Allen bodes well for both parties the rest of the season. This week, the Chargers host the Panthers who have allowed over 30 points to the Bucs and the Raiders. If Herbert was able to pass for 300+ yards against the Chiefs, he has a great chan

Top Waiver Adds heading into Week 3

Gardner Minshew II Minshew has scored 20+ points in both the first two games. The first game he was 19-20 passing in a win and the second he was 30-45 in a loss. He's going to be a product of a team who doesn't run the ball well and isn't going to win many games this season. Both statistics makes Minshew an enticing play as he should be throwing a lot this season as his confidence grows. He's no more than a QB2 for now, but if you have the roster space, he's worth stashing for later this season as he continues to improve. Devonta Freeman Freeman just signed a one-year deal worth up to $3 million with the NY Giants who have to replace Saquon. Freeman was one of the most effective backs in the league a few years ago with the Falcons. He's shown that he can catch out of the back-field which will bode well for him in fantasy as Daniel Jones likes to pass to his RBs. There is a lot of speculation with how many touches he'll get but I think he'll be the outr

Week 2 Fantasy Start 'em Sit 'em

Start 'em QBs Dak Prescott : Prescott is coming off a disappointing week 1 performance against the Rams putting up only 17 fantasy points. I love Dak in week 2 because although he had an off week in fantasy, he still managed 266 yards and a score with no INTs. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks put up 38 points last week in Atlanta and Russ was one of the best players in all of fantasy with as many TDs (4) as incompletions. With the Falcon's solid run defense and below average secondary, Prescott should feast throughout. Although Zeke Elliot will still eat, Prescott will be a great usage play and will throw early and often. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets above 25 fantasy points with ease as the cowboys should score 30+ points. Kyler Murray : Murray and the Cardinals impressed everyone in week 1 with an upset of the 49ers. This was supposed to be one of his toughest matchups of the season for the second year QB out of Oklahoma, but, he proved to be worthy of a fantasy start

Week 2 Fantasy Sleepers

QB Sleepers Ben Roethlisberger : Big Ben is coming off his first game back from injury in which he threw for 229 yards and 3 TDs on the road while managing not to turn the ball over. Historically, the veteran has played much better at home. Since 2013, Big Ben has averaged 23 fantasy points at home while putting up 14 on the road. He returns home to play Denver this weekend who just allowed Tannehill to pass for 249 yards, 2 TDs and no interceptions while only putting up 16 points. I have to think that Roethlisberger will get his chances in this one with James Conner battling an ankle sprain. After what he did on the road in his first game back, I can see him surpassing the 300-yard mark with 3 TDs this week.  Matthew Stafford : Stafford passed for 297 yards and a score to go along with a pick and 23 rushing yards against a stout Bears defense. That was also a game in which the Lions completely shut off in the 4th quarter and blew a 17-point lead. This weekend, he goes up against a Pac
