Week 10 Start 'Em Sit 'Em

Start 'Em

Jared Goff: Goff has been inconsistent all year but overall has produced somewhat well given his tough schedule. This week, he gets the Seahawks at home and has a chance to blow up. Seattle has the worst defense in the NFL by a long shot especially in the secondary. Every QB who has played the Seahawks have had one of their best games of the season. Goff has one of the league's best offensive lines and he'll have plenty of time to pick and choose what WR he wants to throw to. He has the chance to be the QB1 for week 10 and he's a must-start in all formats.

Kareem Hunt: Hunt has been a consistent fantasy player all year scoring under ten points in just two contests. This week, he gets his easiest matchup of the season in the Houston Texans who have allowed RBs to run ramped against them. Nick Chubb's status remains up in the air for this one and if he doesn't suit up, it'll be an added boost for Hunt. Even if Chubb is ready to go, Hunt will still get 10+ carries and have opportunities all game. He's a top 10 play this week with Chubb active and a top 5 play if Chubb can't go.

Brandin Cooks: Cooks has been revived since the firing of Bill O'Brien. Before the head coach was let go, Cooks had 10 receptions, 138 yards, and no score in four games. As soon as Romeo Crennel took over as interim head coach, Cooks took off. He has 27 receptions, 372 yards, and 3 TDs in his last four games putting him in the elite ranks of WRs over that span. This week, Houston travels to Cleveland in what should be a high-scoring affair. With at least nine targets in his last four games, I don't see him slowing down against the Browns' secondary. Expect another great game from Cooks as he should be started in all formats.

Dallas Goedert: Goedert could come in handy for the next few weeks for those fantasy owners that have had tough luck with TEs this year. We all know Wentz loves to throw to the TE whoever that may be. Without Ertz for at least a few more weeks, Wentz will be relying on Goedert to pick up the slack. Last game against the Giants, Wentz had one of his best games of the season. Richard Rodgers had 6 receptions for over 80 yards while filling in for Ertz and Goedert which means Goedert could be in for a nice game. He's a top 5 TE this week with upside as long as Ertz is out.

Sit 'Em

Joe Burrow: Burrow has been a matchup-based start all season long. This week, Pittsburgh will be a tough test for the rookie QB and I don't believe he'll pass. The Steelers will be putting pressure on Burrow all day and without Mixon, the run game will struggle as well. Burrow has little upside this week and is a safe bench in all formats.

Darrell Henderson: Henderson seems to be establishing himself as the lead back for the Rams but it's still not clear. Malcolm Brown gets the same amount of touches as Henderson and just won't stop stealing carries. In a game in which Goff and the passing game should have success, expect Seattle's frontline to slow down the run game. Henderson isn't by any means a terrible start, but the only games in which he's had fantasy success are when he scores. If he doesn't get into the end-zone this week, you'll regret starting him.

Adam Thielen: Thielen has been one of the biggest boom or bust players of the season. This in large part is due to Dalvin Cook being the whole gameplan for the Vikings. Chicago yields one of the stiffest defenses in the league and hasn't given up many fantasy points to opposing WRs. In a game that has defense, Dalvin Cook, and high winds written all over it, Thielen is a safe bench this week.

Hunter Henry: Henry has been a consistent, 7 points a game fantasy TE this year. With Herbert establishing himself as one of the better QBs in the league and still not having a connection with Henry, it might be time to look elsewhere. TEs are tough to count on this season, but counting on under 10 points every week isn't what you're looking for. Henry may have another solid outing, but his upside just isn't there. He should be benched in all formats unless you just don't want to take the chance with someone else.
