Week 6 Waiver Adds

Andy Dalton: Dak Prescott went down against the Giants with a horrible ankle injury and now it's time for Dalton to take over. He went 9/11 with 111 yards in under a half of play and led Dallas to a victory. With the offensive weapons around him combined with the horrible Dallas defense, he has a good chance to put up great numbers and be throwing all day. As a QB who started for the Bengals for nine years, he's going to be eager to get back on the field and prove that he can start somewhere else when Prescott returns. He's a QB2 with QB1 upside.

Ryan Fitzpatrick: Fitzmagic has scored 21+ fantasy points in his last four games and is playing some of the best ball of his career. He's coming off a game in which he lit up the 49ers defense to the tune of 350 yards and 3 TDs scoring 27 fantasy points. The sky is the limit for Fitz after this week after dismantling a top 5 defense. If he consistently gets 20+ points a game he will become a QB1.

Alexander Mattison: After Dalvin Cook left the game against the Seahawks with an adductor strain, Mattison came in and rushed 20 times for 112 yards against a good Seattle rush defense. He looked extremely explosive and was running the ball with purpose looking like a top RB. Cook is most likely going to miss this weekend's matchup against Atlanta and Mattison is a must-start if you can pick him up.

Chase Claypool: Claypool exploded last weekend against the Eagles for over 110 total yards and 4 TDs. Smith-Schuster was non-existent in this one as Claypool stole the show and it could be a sign of things to come. If Diontae Johnson gets back and can stay healthy, Claypool's value will decline. However, if Johnson continues battling injuries and Big Ben continues to show Claypool the love, he could be a WR2 for the rest of the season.

Brandin Cooks: In the first game without Bill O'Brian, Cooks had his best game of the season being targeted 12 times with 8 catches for 161 yards and a TD against the Jags. Cooks was one of the best WRs in the league when he was with the Saints and if interim coach Romeo Crennel likes Cook over the other Houston WRs, he's in for a great rest of the season. Deshaun Watson also had his best performance of the year which will only help Cooks' case. He could easily be a WR2 going forward.

Jimmy Graham: Graham has been a top 10 fantasy TE since Nick Foles took over at QB for the Bears. He has 3 TDs and 126 yards in his last three games and is the biggest red-zone threat for Chicago. The TE is a tough position to consistently get points from but with Graham's incredible TD upside, he makes for a good play especially if he has a favorable matchup.
